Weight Goals

I weighed myself at the gym this week and found out that I have gained ten more pounds. This is horrible. I'm inching closer and closer to 200, and this is a thing which cannot be. I'm only 5'3, so someone my height is supposed to be around 125. My ideal goal weight would be 135, because after kids, I just don't think I can get any lower than that ( Read more... )

I'll cheerlead you! :) I'm wanting to eat healthier too, cutting down on chips, candy and soda. I can't buddy up entirely, as I know the Whole30 isn't for me, but I'll definitely try to hold you accountable, if you'll do the same for me?
