I signed up for a very specific 50 book challenge. You might have
seen it floating around. I also finally signed up for
Goodreads and have been doing reviews there. But I thought I should track my progress here as well. I'm very behind, and I need to get on top of this.
Where I've written one, I link to my review. Since one item on the list is “a trilogy”, I'm going to count the first two books toward a different item and only count the 3rd book for that item. Now that I have a tablet, I can start working through all of my kindle e-books. I'm hoping this will help me read more often.
I've only read three books so far: The Walking Dead: Compendium One, which I read before I started reviewing; and Blackout (with a book group) and All Clear (because watch out: Blackout has a cliffhanger ending) by Connie Willis. I have several other books that I'm partway through, as I tend to hop around a lot depending on my mood and book group deadlines. Yes, I keep trying book clubs even though I keep being disappointed in the books, but I keep trying different book clubs in hopes that I'll find a winner. I'm currently trying out one in the very awesome geeky productivity-helping site/app,
Habit RPG (if you check it out and decide to join, let me know if you want to be in my party!).
