Farm 101

Now that 2011 is ending and 2012 is about to begin, I thought I should revisit our farm mission101 list. I don't know that I've updated it since we first made it a year and a half ago. So many wonderful things have come to fruition! I'm especially excited about our newest addition and finally having a wonderful homebirth. We've also officially chosen a name

Butter-making actually isn't all that difficult. I'm not sure about cheese-making though.

Thank you! Happy 2012 to you as well! I've read up on cheese making, and some of it seems fairly easy. Some of it seems pretty complicated. Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to try them out! Rosie's not milking at the moment, but hopefully we can get her preggers again sometime early this year.
