Wow, it's been a month since I updated. Things have been pretty busy around here. A lot better though. My hours have indeed been reduced at work, and I've been dividing my extra time between working on the house, the yard, helping the girls with better homeschooling, playing with Achaiah, prepping for NaNoWriMo, and just lounging around having the ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'm afraid you didn't make it the fifty years. You did die a hero though. I think saving a kid or two from drowning. Your daughter is one of the people who gets neato powers though. She is older and retired at this point (astronaut like her dad), and she gets the ability to breathe and hang out in space with no problems and unretires.

As long as I get to play myself in the movie! (Assuming I'm not too old by then..LOL)

And at least it was a noble death.. I mean who wants to die at 110 years old, pooping on yourself in a nursing home? ;)

Well, I'd always wanted to live to be three hundred like they did in the old testament. I would hope to still be kicking when I go down though.

Aw, I love you! I thought of you yesterday while we were on our way to get the goats. We passed this country community housing type place on top of a nice mountainous road (for here) called The Meadows at Spring Creek. Passed Spring Creek restaurant and general store. Made me wish you were here.

Yes I am! I'm doing a paranormal romance about two thirty-somethings who find out they are reincarnated heroes from their favorite childhood video game. They get to fall in love and save the Earth from an invasion of parasitic dragons.
