Much better than whatever they had going on in Times Square. We switched it to the local channel & found Blue Man Group. :P

indeed! I haven't even bothered to watch any actual 'celebrations'. The new year always feels surreal to me... no less so this year. Solstice feels like a real change, so I celebrate then ;)
