[Okita returned earlier in the day and has since been trying to make his way back to the village with mixed results. Without his journal, he can't call for help even if he wanted to and he was dumped somewhere toward the south of the village at the tail end of the 18th, once the blizzard passed. [He stops and straightens up as best he can, trying to listen to pinpoint who is coming and where from. He turns his head slightly toward Akira as he hears him approaching.]

[Fast forward a bit to the clinic! Sonic brought over some supplies as usual, and noticed Okita on one of the beds. He set everything down and made his way over to him.]

Okita's probably just sitting up in one of the beds, resting against the wall. He doesn't recognize the voice right away and turns his head toward the source.]
