as soon as i think about reopening comissions in DA, everyone else starts offering them :o  it seems like everyone needs them, unlike me, for food, health and even for saving to make their independent life (?) i don't have the heart to lie there, i want money to buy Anime items, comission a few artists, and even moar books. apparently, i misread

hmm i dont know many people who fled to Tumblr. i guess my crowd is mostly still around >.< i barely know anything about that site besides one person complaining that it has a lot of bugs. ive been quiet on DA due to art block and illness 8V i just dont find it fun when i dont have art to upload for myself xP im 95% finished with so many things but i keep stopping when it comes to the finishing touches. i hate that stage of the process or something idk 8V

ive actually kinda gotten annoyed with two people i watch on DA because EVERY journal/poll is them begging for money. apparently, their whole life is in the gutter. parents lost their jobs, they need a car, they cant go to college, blah blah blah, so they say they really need commissions. but their commissions only cost like $3/$4?! idk about other people, but that sounds like it really wouldnt do anything in that situation o_O trying to support parents and themselves on that kind of cash inflow is never gonna work. i think thats when you start needing a REAL job.

i don't even know what Tumblr really is *shot* nah, don't worry. i just see a general lack of uploading, but it's not really weird as not only i don't watch more than 50 people, but with few exceptions most of them don't tend to upload often. i know about you, don't worry ;) (neither about the change of icon- it's temporal and i'll switch back to the other)

i think the same, and just don't say a word there because i'll be acussed of hearthless. my currency's value is 1/4 of a dollar and my comissions, which consider cheap, are more expenssive than most artists's. kinda silly, if they are desperate, any kind of job would be 1000 times better.

Tumblr is just a blogsite, much like what LJ is. you make posts that could be of a variety of topics and people comment. i came across it sometime ago but didnt make an account since i already had LJ and it seems to cater to the same type of needs. its just a new site and for whatever reason, people always want to go to whatever the newest/coolest thing is. watch, in a year, everyone will be fleeing to some other new social networking site. people just cant sit still on the internet for some reason.

yeah, i made it a point to watch less people on my new account and to keep the quality of art a bit higher for what i watch, so i dont get much in my art inbox xD since better artists usually have less frequent uploads. even though ive been on the inactive side for DA while being sick, the deviation part of my inbox hasnt piled up too badly. not nearly as badly as it did on my old account, where the messages constantly intimidated me out of checking them at all x_X

Only found out recently that LC English subs had come out. Not that it makes a difference in theory but it kind of does because they made changes. But I was thinking that if they made changes like including Kardia, maybe they'll have some Defteros and Kagaho. Not together, of course, but in general.

yeah, dialogues seem to be mistranslated in the mexican version. i should to the whole chapters to have a valid opinion, but if i notice it in short clips already....
ah, wish the japanese edition was cheaper ^^; though i like some of the dubbed voices.
