my radio sucks 8V needs moar Keane

my fave mangakas are all ok, too >.< im not surprised, though... since most of them work/live in Tokyo as thats where all the manga headquarters are and it wasnt that badly hit by the quake ((most of the damage was in the more rural region to the north)). yeah, anime DVDs are expensive. word of advice on Japanese DVD: theyre region-locked 8V look out for possibly a Blu-Ray release instead? theres less regions for Blu-Ray and the region for Japan is the same as for the Americas ((all of the Americas)).

i'll tell my radio to sends yours sum Keane :p

me neither, tbh, but it's always nice to have confirmation :) sp because she's such a sweetie.
hey, thanks for the data :) totally didn't know it, and looked for DVDs as assumed Blu-Rays were even more expenssive (they were released from the beggining). the Latin american thing really frustrates me, though :/ they could have done it so much better, and i could pay alot less for them.

i just remembered something while watching some anime DVD today while being sick on the couch P: all the DVDs i have have the language option to be in Japanese with English subtitles, and as far as i know, anime DVDs always come with the original Japanese version. dunno if its the same for your region, but now that i think of it, i havent come across an anime DVD where i couldnt play it in Japanese. they may be included in the Latin version, too.

they tipically have the japanese version, but this time they didn't include it and i can't find a reason why X_X
i really feel like ordering my favourite OVAs from Japan. and for the others, i'm considering getting the portuguese edition, or maybe the french or spanian... i guess these were better done ^^; just would have to ask if they include the original language (they SHOULD), and the prices+shipping (i thikn it's not very expenssive from Brazil) plus if they includes the extras, which i'd really like to have.
