counter to common belief, influenza does not induce vomiting. Flu/stomach flu is a viral induced inflamation of the stomach. Swine flu is something that causes lung issues.

Swine flu is a very mild flu, deaths are associated with other complicating issues such as pregnancy and issues that put the body under stress
