I hung around in lower Manhattan today and spent way too much money.

Big purchase #1 was a folding keyboard for my new Clié. I was aiming for the Stowaway, and I went to J&R figuring that they’d have a model I could check to see if the TJ37 fits in the keyboard that accepts the TJ35. They didn’t have any Stowaways, but they had Sony’s own foldingRead more... )

Sorry. I've been catching up on the blogs from yesterday afternoon. I did laundry this afternoon, which would probably have been my outing for the day regardless. This is at the laundromat a block down Underhill, BTW. I am told that the one at Underhill and St. John's may become a sports bar. Along with Carl's Restaurant and Bar (which I think opened before you moved) and the bar next door that just opened (where the beauty parlor was that closed before we moved in), that would make three bars in one block. I guess hard times really do make people drink more.

How's the pom juice? I've thought about trying it.

Also, dim sum before Moshe's tomorrow. You've got money now, and hey, dim sum.

The Pom juice was eh. Certainly not worth the four bucks it cost me.

I’m back on BFL tomorrow, and can’t have enough dim sum to make it worthwhile.

I like the plain Pom and the pomegranate & blueberry both a great deal. I haven't tried the pom & cherry, so I can't compare.

Village Comics has a great selection, but it makes my skin crawl. It's just too, too, Android's Dungeon.

I like the Pom juices, but they are pricy. Alas!
