Further progress

I realize I should wait until things dry completely before making decisions, but I am way too impatient, and it's rare I have this kind of free time. Here it is basically dry (dry to the touch) but I realize it might look a little different (better) in a couple hours.

Here is red using glitter paint, instead of metallic paint.

This is what I used (the glitter stuff) and cuz I think the "clear part" still dries a little darker. This is how my green looked with glitter paint:

I think the red looks really good. I just practiced full on makeup and put my wig on. Then after I was done I was like, aww now I have nothing to do. So I just sat around in my makeup reading for awhile lol.

the glitter paint looks really good! and i bet that from more than an inch or so away, it doesn't even look like glitter per se. (that internal rhyme was accidental) :)
