The holidays were pretty nice. I got some lovely hedgehog stuff from Angie (who I now must find something equally cool for in turn) and a famous author sent me a signed copy of one of her books (which /also/ mentions me in the acknowledgments because I really do know the coolest damn people ever) as well as a lovely photo. One area to check, on the hard drive, if you're using Windows XP is the amount of space set aside for System Restore.

Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance. Under the little "See also" box it should have System Restore. In the System Restore wizard first screen, look for "System Restore Settings" on the left side. This should bring up System Properties dialog, System Restore tab, and have a Disk Usage slider. Also, if you're like me and tend to rip your CD collection so you can listen to them, check the size of your My Music folder. :)
