Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance. Under the little "See also" box it should have System Restore. In the System Restore wizard first screen, look for "System Restore Settings" on the left side. This should bring up System Properties dialog, System Restore tab, and have a Disk Usage slider. Also, if you're like me and tend to rip your CD collection so you can listen to them, check the size of your My Music folder. :)
