I don't think leaving the country is the right thing to do. You don't give up. He'll be out of office soon enough, and likely go down in history as Jimmy Carter-esque (or worse). Oe, somehow things will get better and he won't seem so inept.

Besides, where would you go that would be less nanny-state and regulated? Hong Kong? Singapore? Authoritarianism doesn't seem like your thing.

I liked what he was saying. In the end, however, I came to the conclusion that it was all empty rhetoric. Typical of most liberals.

The way things are going I may only have to move to Texas to leave the country.

I never really supported Obama. I just knew that I didn't support Palin/McCain.

While I don't think Palin was qualified for the center seat, she wasn't running for it. And I still maintain that she was more qualified than that disaster, Obama.

If I were to leave America some place like New Zealand I suspect. Obtaining Finnish citizenship would probably be difficult in spite of my ties.

I agree Obama is horrible, but the US has survived a number of horrible presidents before this one.
