Is it me, or is Risky Rat supposed to be some sort of crypto-Jew?
I mean, c'mon. The curly hair, the big nose, works in show business? Not to mention the whole rat/jew thing that Julius Streicher got so much mileage out of. Yay antisemitism! This show's just a big ball of fun!
Not just you, I was thinking the exact same thing. It really seemed like Charity was down-playing what 'slave drivers' were really like too. What a long strange trip it would have been if I watched much more...
Oh yikes. Just looking at the stills and reading the description makes me so glad we just had the records growing up. I may dredge up the gumption to actually watch those clips one day.
