Novelty music is really the lowest form of communication. I don't know much about this guy except that he's a fat guy who dresses like a caveman and makes songs about boobs. The problem here isn't so much that novelty songs are a stupid idea or that the guy's useless male chauvinist megaoaf gimmick is something less than original, though they are and it is. As I see it, the real issue is that "Jay Caveman" is a horrible song writer, a horrible singer and a horrible pretend singer. An attitude improvement won't bring about a talent improvement.
