Transplantiversary VII

Every year at this time, I try to think of what else I can possibly say about life as a kidney transplant recipient.  And as the years tick by, I go into writing this feeling less and less like I can find something new.  I’ve never thought of New Year’s as a big deal and I’m generally low key about birthdays (especially my own) and just about every ( Read more... )

I wrote this before I had an awesome realization about my time at W&M making me the driven and determined person I (sort of) am now. Given that it happened while walking up the street to the W&M bookstore, it was pretty sweet. That was a big smile.

I know you're around. You've built up your friend credit and I know you're good for it. :)

I'll try to be on more! It's been a busy week, with the day trips and the school projects and the waking up far later than I should. But classes are done on Monday! I'll definitely try harder.
