Okay. This one is a KILLER, but:

Favourite female: Donna. (BUT SO MUCH LOVE FOR ALL THE OTHERS).
Male character: Eleven. He's my Doctor. But I also really adore Rory a whole lot. And the other Doctors.
Favourite scene: Um. UM. So many fantastic ones, but I think I'll go with The Doctor and the Tardis say hello/goodbye. Magic. Pure magic.
Favourite ship: Doctor/Tardis. Amy/Rory. (And I also like Ten/Rose, Eleven and possibly future incarnations/River). But kinda actually Doctor-Tardis.
Unpopular opinion(S):
-- I like Moffat AND RTD. Both. A LOT.
-- I ship Ten/Rose hardcore, (and Rose/Nine to some extent) and think she was basically the love of TEN'S life, but is in no way The Doctor's One True Love (I don't think he has one other than the Tardis). I'm on the wrong side of so many people's opinions on this.
-- I'm not a huge Jack fan. Though to be fair I think that's more of a Torchwood side effect -- I recall liking him a lot once.

I ship Ten/Rose hardcore, (and Rose/Nine to some extent) and think she was basically the love of TEN'S life, but is in no way The Doctor's One True Love (I don't think he has one other than the Tardis).

I just... The Doctor does not have One True Love other than the Tardis, IMO. It doesn't fit his age, and it also doesn't fit who he is -- someone who feels greatly for many people. He loves most creatures all the time, and that's got to turn into romantic love often enough that no single person could be The One.

That said, Ten was clearly obsessed with Rose, and people don't have to like it, but I find it pretty obvious that he was in fact intended to be in love with her.

Favourite female character: Leslie Knope, obvi. But April is a close second.
Male character: Ron Swanson. Ben and Andy in close second.
Favourite scene: Either April and Andy's wedding or "bring me ALL the eggs and bacon," depending on whether or not
Favourite ship: April/Andy. (Though Ben/Leslie is also obviously adorable).
Unpopular opinion: I don't find the Tammys that funny. I mean, they're fine, but none of the Tammy episodes have been my favorites in the way they seem to be for a lot of people.

I agree with everything! April/Andy and basically all of there scenes are hilarious/too good.

April/Andy are just so perfect. Someone I was watching with described them as like a cat and a dog, which is so true and captures what is great about them individually and as a pair. So much love.

Favourite female character: Buffster.
Male character: Spike.
Favourite scene: Spike revealing he has a soul to Buffy. Such a spectacular scene on all levels -- story wise, acting, cinematography, writing... (though shout out to to the first Spike/Buffy sex scene for being the hottest thing on film, period)
Favourite ship: Spuffy, Obviously. (I swear there are other things I like about this show...)
Unpopular opinion: I like Dawn. I don't like Xander. I like Season 7. Season 6 is my favorite season, and in general I prefer the post-college years.

Favourite female character: Pam. It's all about the snark! (I also adore Jessica a lot though).
Male character: Lafayette (Once again, all about the snark :) ).
Favourite scene: Either Russell Edgington's TV takeover, or Godric's death, depending on if I feel like awesomesauceness or ~feelings.
Favourite ship: Well, it was Sookie/Eric, but this season kind of killed my enthusiasm, and now I don't really know. I like both Jessica/Hoyt and Jessica/Jason, also Eric/Godric, and Pam/Awesome.
Unpopular opinion: I like Tara even though she was really underused (which is sadly unpopular from what I've seen).

I'm in love with Jason Stackhouse. He seriously makes me want to crawl into my TV and live (with him) in Bon Temps.

ITA with you about Pam & Lafayette. They are my two favorite female/male characters. Jessica and Jason are very close seconds, though. My unpopular fandom opinion is I ship Bill/Sookie. I know, it's wildly shameful in fandom but IDGAF! I also don't enjoy Tara, although I think that's a mixed bag fandomwise.

Favourite female character: I mean, I think we all know Dany owns my heart and soul by this point :)
Male character: Jaime.
Favourite scene: I mean, is this even a possible question in a series this long? Maybe Dany burning the face off the slavers the first time.
Favourite ship: Hmm. There's nothing I ship hardcore, but a lot of things that kind of interest me. I guess Sansa/Sandor (but because the are twisted. People who make this out to be romantic weird me out).
Unpopular opinion: IDGAF about Ned Stark. Never did. He was super duper boring to me.
