Dug up my old password and logged back into this account for the first time in forever just to see if there was possibly an AM post about the reunion. I miss this community and I hope everyone is having fun watching the reunion and reminiscing about how cheesy everything was! These clips and videos of V, Tizz, Lu, Mo, and Boy Wonder all together have made my little heart so happy. Once a wildcat, always a wildcat.

Especially tonight when we want everyone to cackle over Vanessa's face when they made her watch a video of her audition with Zac. We would totally embed a screenshot of it here... but we do not remember how to do that and we're too old to google how. Just assume her face was incredible and everything we wanted it to be.

the last 15 minutes of my life:

- read recap post about the reunion on mashable
- fall for the cast all over again and get all caught up in my feelings while watching the video snippets
- mind drifts to memories of AM and how it was absolutely my #1 fave thing to come out of the hsm fandom
- google 'agingmouseketeer' to find that there's a blogspot and a tumblr in the listings higher than the lj
- click them both and discover that they're clearly imposters
- click the link to lj with the goal of falling further into my feels by reading some past posts, not expecting anything new
- SEE THIS POST, FEELINGS GAUGE REACHES VERKLEMPT
- read post and continue to live for your spot on commentary

this is the first time i've commented or posted on lj in over 3 years. can't think of a better reason to.

i seriously cannot believe it's been 10 years. thank you for creating this community and giving older-ish disney fans a place to obsess about these crazy kids and crazy movies.

Okay, so I looked and yes.... I think there's an unintentional imposter. I don't think she's pretending to be us, but she is kind of using our name.

But we DO actually have a tumblr. It's basically inactive, but every so often we get a wild urge to post a gif... it's http://agingmousketeer.tumblr.com/

I think at some point, we decided we wanted to co-host a blog again but didn't want the responsibility of writing epic posts, so we started the tumblr with good intentions. And then got distracted by, like, taxes. But if you're on tumblr, feel free to follow and stay tuned.

now following you on tumblr. can't believe i wasn't already. i am one of the ones who participated in The Great LJ to Tumblr Migration. although i don't even get to check my dash anymore like i want to because #old.

that rabbit hole is massive and i can feel myself staying in it for awhile. also i wish they'd asked more of the cast to be there for the reunion.
