Saw a post from Tammy and it hit me I should also be trying to recreate good habits and one of my good habits was making a list of 3 things for a show and we're showing in a couple classes tomorrow ( Read more... )

Me too(the water thing). In addition all my parts work better, I get less tired and I even lose weight!

If you've been dehydrating for like 20 years, wouldn't you be a raisin by now? I think so. Raisin.

Criteria! What is it about trials where we just let it go? What? I have no idea. Doing team on a "just for fun" team this Friday and my biggest goal is to maintain criteria (because there's no friggin way we're going to Q... which is totally fun)

I've gotten lax with Vic because he's perfect and Rich not holding like I should because my adrenaline gets going. Annie Pyle has a good one, have to say something before releasing and can't blend that with the release, so no "gooddogbreak". ;)
