I'll get right to the point here....I liked it. This was not my first or second seminar with her, so I had an idea what to expect. Her seminars are about presenting her system and how it works, which is something she's always been straight up about. Since I'm not a system follower (I know, shocker), I'm not up on the latest coined phrases, so what is a "balancing cue"?

Its "Balancing Cues" (plural). Its not any kind of new, catchy phrase. Its just what she titles her intermediate level seminar. The idea is that you are taking the cues from the foundation seminar and learning how to best balance them for your dog through a sequence. Some of these things we all do already but probably are not aware of *why* we do it ( ... )

I think if I was going to her seminar that is what I would want. First off there are not a lot of chances to really examine or learn the APHS, just the general basics and I love when seminar presenters let everyone hear what they are saying so you can learn from all-I really like that because I usually have to audit because my dog is dysplastic and it is not good for her to work all day-it has to be a really special talent to make each working team feel they are the focus and at the same time be able to include the whole group so they feel a part of things and like they are getting the learning they are looking for.

I had a really good time over the whole thing. Thought I was going to get exactly what I got. Well in terms of really understanding her system. I came away with a new awareness of things, and some specific stuff to train.
