I can't believe you make him move off your pillow! That is one bundle of cute. So strange how they suddenly seem like "old" dogs. I know it's a gradual process but it also seems like Gus is suddenly old, i also have to look around for him in the house and wake him up to go out.

If I let him sleep on my pillow, I'd have to move to the other side of the bed, and that would cause all sorts of problems. NO ONE would get any sleep!

He really is ridiculously cute. And it's funny how those that cause us the most grief are those we end up closest to. ;-)

I've thought about that a lot. . . we are more tied to the difficult ones.

I don't think Forrest and I bonded until he was at least 2 1/5, maybe three! But when it happened, WHAM!

Don't the other dogs bark when you get home??? Even THAT doesn't wake him? Those outside
Looking in photos are sorta stalker-y.....

When he does wake up and look at me through the front window, he always looks a little unimpressed. Maybe HE'S thinking it's a little stalker!

Skeeter barks when I get home, but not usually until she can hear the others running around.

Bender is a good dog. He never barks.
