you're exactly right; she took other peoples personal icons and re-edited the tags so they'd be "hers", and then credited ME for the icon when I didn't even make the original!

Ugh yeah you can totally tell the tags were edited & the quality is shitty because of changing the file type. AND if the person she has credited didn't actually make the icon it makes them look like a thief if the original maker sees it. What a shitty thing to do.
