Sketch 42 1/2 - more crits please

edited. likely it's still quite bad. T_T; so rusty ... so shameful. nothing to do but humbly ask for help, though. Thank you for commenting on my last entry, hopefully it has improved. I wish my eye was tuned enough to see these errors. I do as much fixing as I can by myself but am largely at a loss. Please crit more if needed.

I quite like the stance and the idea of you painting her in that surrounding <3

The only thing bugging me is her eyes is like... extremely large. Even for how you normally do them - it's always been kind of your style haha. Normally it looks okay in your pieces and stuff but it looks... out of place. Like size and angle is weird.

It's like.. .1/2 or 2/3 that size would be best, it's too long and then it feels like the inner side is angled too far down.

Not sure if that helps at all. Can't wait to see a finished piece from you :D

the hands need to shrink a bit if they are in line with the hips?

I think the hips need to be wider still, it's still looking like two different pictures of her smushed together. Tapering the arms will help indicate the perspective.

The earring on the right seems to be hanging out too far.

The knot looks cool.

yar... -___-; I'm not really sure how to cope with this figure. Considering the character herself, I'm not sure if I should be sad my drawing looks like a 12 year old boy or happy that I got so close to character accuracy. O_o;;;; From the waste down, anyway.

her eye is large, but to me that seems to be a stylization choice rather than an error. ( maybe what's throwing other people off is the placement on the head .) hips are small, but i'm not bothered by it. i do feel like her wrists could be thinner...just to help the perspective.
