So which way did the vote go? (Sorry I'm in Australia and don't keep up that well the news in my own country as much as I'd like let alone others!)

If passed, it will be up for public vote in 2013. The Iowa Supreme Court has already legalized same-sex marriage in 2009.

I can't believe in 2011 we are still debating this issue!

I know it's antediluvian (do you like that word, lol, I think it's cool)!

So when do you find out if it passes? I find it interesting to see what people have to say on these issues, some people are so bigoted, and then there are others that are all for it but don't speak up/vote for it.

Forgot to add that's why I love having/meeting friends on the internet in different countries because it gives me insight into where they are too :)
