What a weird, intense couple of weeks...

And this was my Friday...

Boss calls me in to her office and lets me know that a coworker is being fired that afternoon... And another one on Monday... (performance issues). Also tells me I'm getting a bonus and a raise - woo-hoo!! Oh and we have an new person starting on Monday, too...

Hi you.
Sorry to hear about Coopers' kidney issue. Ive had several cats with same thing. Last one, millie, was diagnosed and put on tablets and was fine for couple years. Then slowly got thinner n a bit scraggy looking. She was 17 when she left us but tablets kept her purring for maybe three years. all we have is today. Thats my motto. Although i struggle to not worry about past and future to be honest! Its my aspiring-to-live-by-motto!

Sam the cat is snoring and trying to type on stupid tiny phone with head at odd angle is painful. I will pm you later. Had couple years of rl nightmare but i think the tide has turned...i hope.
Sams lying flat on his back. Legs akimo. Snoring loudly. i should record him!

Thank you for telling me abut Millie and your other cats! Helps me keep me focused on keeping him healthy and happy rather than OMG ITS THE END! And honestly? I'm glad I know what it is and what symptoms to watch out for. When he was 6 had this "neurological event" that the vets at the time couldn't figure out what caused it, what's next, etc. Too many ??'s.

I think it's a feline law that if a cat is being cute, you can't move - no matter how uncomfortable you are! You and I both know that they're in charge, lol.
