If you mean animate the icon, you need to make a few bases and download a trial-version animation shop. You can find one by running a search on google. Most include tips on how to use them, it's pretty simple to grasp if you have a good tutorial on said animation shop.
If you mean change default icon, just upload another as long as it's 100x100 pixels and give it a keyword. Then, when you post of choose to comment, you should have the option "icon:" and a little drop-down window where you select icon by keyword.
