I really have to wonder what it says about my psyche that the first character I ever based on my father (albeit loosely) ended up in a coma for the entire novel with a gunshot to the head. And that the first character I found spewing words my mother would say was a meddling busy-body who ruined her daughter's life ( Read more... )

Inspirational? Ha!

I'm actually really glad you read all the stories in that book. I usually have a really hard time letting other people read my writing, and for some reason having someone read it right of the bat - and giving such good comments! :D - kept from from twitching too much when giving it to other people.

In regards to your other comment, if Lulu is still being racist, then yes, I would LOVE to do their offer through you again! But this time you have to let me pay you for postage! :D

Haha, no way! If you let me read your book, I won't make you pay. I mean, really, you shouldn't have to pay for giving me something to read. :P

Yep, I have my favourite random quotes that never fail to put a smile on my face on the front inside cover of my sketchbook. Quincey and Jeremy have three quotes.
