I've had this happen, actually. Not sure if my situation is salable, as it happened at a review class (which we paid for), I told the instructor about it afterwards and they were kicked out. Not sure if the parents were refunded or not...

If this had happened at school, I would have taken it during class, but afterwards gone to the dean of discipline (who I was friendly with) and gently hinted I heard about this girl smoking pot down behind the art building and that a drug test was in order.

I was a nerd, but people knew better than to fuck with me, as I had the dish on everyone and nobody had anything on me (other than that I was small and homely).

A lot depends on the relative status of the sniper and the target, whether they're aware of it or not, and the purpose of the spitballs
