Have finally gotten around to making my caramel-chocolate almonds. They're a bit labour intensive, but worth it.

Hmm, the first batch of almonds are overtly toasted. By which I mean burnt. Oh, well, I'll keep those for myself.

Back to the caramel.

Just to fill you in, my Sister Dear is OK, sleeping now. Hm, maybe I should go poke her to make sure she hasn't slipped into a coma. Or a comma, for that matter.

I, on the other hand, have evolved past the need for sleep.
