One's whole Reign-of-Terror costume would make it into any list I might make of favourite Doctor costumes, and the hat is a not insignificant part of this.
Yay! I love it too! Reconstructions are awesome, but not exactly suited to introducing someone to b&w Who. I have a dream that in ten to twenty years every missing episode, even those of stories where everything is missing, will have been animated. This will lead to seasons 3-5 being known as Doctor Who: the Cartoon Years, but hey.
I would love to see Eleven's reaction to that hat. Did they take it with them at the end? Could it still conceivably be in the wardrobe room somewhere? *hopes*
