For dinner, Angela and I made something we called shepherd's pie, but was actually cottage pie/whatever you call it with pork mince (due to Sainsbury's Basics frozen mince being a mixture of beef and pork) and it was good

Mmm, sounds good! I love messing around with recipes, and my favorite thing of all is starting with microwave dinners and tinned soups and embellishing the heck out of them until they resemble something that should have taken much longer to make. Shortcut cooking is awesome.
