a new place to live!

we found this really great house to live in! its supposed to be huge with five rooms 3 master bed rooms, fully firnished. The kid that owns the house will be liveing there and only renting to rooms for 150 a month! I dont know the dude but jeremy does and he says the house is on 63 acers and it just sounds wonder...almost too good to be true! We
