You can try Yahoo!Auctions, I already saw a copy of the DVD there and it's very possible to find others soon. Or you can ask a deputy service like SMJ or Crescent to order it from Animate, since it's the only place where you can really buy it.

Augh... I was trying to avoid the auctions since I'm gonna pay double in feese. But thanks tho, probably is my only option :)

I wanna know why its so hard to get this dvd ;_;

because the dvd itself is animate exclusive, so even NE has to get copies directly from the store, which isn't easy in the first place. If it were sold in more stores, NE would be able to place bigger orders than with Animate. As it is, even the first DVD isn't available at animate anymore. My friend, even while in japan, had to get hers off auctions.
