A Good Sleep (1/2), ScifiAU, Guinevere/Arthur/Merlin, PG-13Gwen lifted a hand from her work as she took a moment to breathe, laughing at herself as she nearly reached up to brush the sweat from her brow. Despite being out in the vacuum of space, the heat from her welding equipment still turned her bulky citrine space suit into an oven, though she knew logically this was impossible. If temperature could penetrate her suit she would be dead by now. Still, all the years she spent working inside with molten metal so close to her face made the idea almost instinctual

A Good Sleep (2/2), ScifiAU, Guinevere/Arthur/Merlin, PG-13 The next morning, a false light sunrise spilled through her eyelids and she blinked them open slowly. With a small silent yawn, she stretched, and almost immediately felt two sets of arms shift and coil with her. Gwen grinned lazily, turning in the luxuirous king size bed to place a kiss to Arthur’s slightly parted lips. He merely grumbled in reply and buried his head in her dark curly hair. She rolled her eyes cheekily, turning away to plant one on Merlin’s forehead in turn, grinning brightly as he raised his brows and blinked open his eyes blearily. With a small pout, he peered around the monotonal crimson captain’s quarters as if the light burned him, then raised a hand with a mumble and lowered the misty lights again with the faint glow of his eyes. Her simper fell into a pursed frown as he settled back down to sleep again
