Delayed trains, black outs and 70% chance of another...

I got a call to stay home as some of the trains are delayed or not even running at all. My line is open only on peak hours but I'm assuming its going to be very crowded and hard to get on. I only live about an hour walk from Shibuya though, I dont mind walking... to be honest Id rather go to work and do something than just sit here home alone

Maybe something else you can do is take any empty bottles you have and boil some clean water to stock up on liquids?

If you don't want to be alone, maybe you can go see your friends if they're not too far? Would your company mind if you showed up to work? With all the uncertainties and the possibility of aftershock, I wouldn't want to be alone either. Since you don't need to go into work right now, you can prepare some sort of emergency kit for yourself and keep yourself busy.
