Can you still claim if you forgot to sign up as artist?

Hi! Thank you for your interest in the fest.

You do need to be signed up in order to claim, however if not all summaries are claimed and if they are opened up up for a second claiming period, at that time we may allow artists not signed up to participate as pinch-hitters.
