Thanksgiving was pretty great. I spent Tuesday making dough, Wednesday baking, and Thursday doing everything else. We had it in the conference room at gushi 's office. Approximately 10 people came, enough of them familiar for me to be comfortable. I'm not so good with the "socializing."
gushi made mashed potatoes, an Alton Brown turkey, and sausage stuffing.
