That sort of made my heart break for Jin. I've always wondered how he felt when his two best friends suddenly became BFF during Nobuta and you explored it really well here. I'd love to see what else you can do with this if you're thinking about continuing.

I saved the fic to my favorites when I read the title because I was too busy to read at the moment and I knew this fic was worth savoring because I could sense it if that makes any sense, and I was definitely right. It's deep, it's ... connective?? with Jin, and it really exposes the whole ShuujixAkira happening through Jin's eyes. When LJ fics open my eyes to what could have been, it breaks my heart and tortures me, but you guys seem to have unique magic with each one of you when you do it, and every time I find myself touched by your ability to understand your loves. Down to the writing it's just... amazing. (white disk, idea of three instead of two people there when they patched up, etc. = all genius!)

I feel so depressed now because you've truly written this effectively. ToT
