Galaxy 26 1999-2008

So, today started as a seemingly uneventful day, but little did I know that trouble brewed in the skies above.  Apparently my beloved Galaxy 26 experienced a failure of one of its solar panels Sunday.  Though the satellite has not experienced a total systems failure, this is a definite indicator that the satellite is on its death bed.  A majority ( Read more... )

Dude, I gotta say, this Near Severe and Strong storm warning crap is pissing me off. Near Severe? Sorta Severe? Severe if it feels like it? Ooo, don't look at it or it will be Severe. Bah. Strong? Really?

I was watching the soccer game Sunday and that crap kept throwing the signal back into SD. I want my HD. Thank god it was soccer and not football or Lost.

Hehehehe, that was me running the board that day. I only put the storm warn in when there was actually a severe storm in the area. At one point me and the weather man said fuck it and switched it back to HD to stop people from calling cause we were busy getting ready to cover the Air Show shit.

Miss ya, bud. I'd tell you to give me a call and we'd do something, but we're currently at the end of an anti-social streak and probably won't be out of the house much for another two or three weeks.

What are you guys going to be up to this weekend? I have to work on the 4th, but I'm off the 5th and 6th. I think I have to do some band related stuff on the 6th but that isn't solid yet.
