I really love this; there aren't many post-Epiphanies fics that explore what happened during the time that Laura was cured and then wheeled to the brig. I love what you did with that space of time; Bill helping her with her clothes is so very sweet and him. It also kind of foreshadows when he will do this for her during her next battle with the cancer. :( Nicely done. :)

Thanks so much, hon. :) Writing this time period was interesting, for sure. I love your observation about this being just the first of many occasions of Bill helping her out in sickbay-- I think that's exactly why it made sense to me that he would do this.

Loved how you discribed the "getting dressed" as detailed as a sensual undressing
Instead of being "hawt" it showed intimacy in another loving form!
(not quite sure how to discribe what I felt but this is as close as I could get!
I do think I'm better at discribing my cracky Feelings as opposed to my serious ones BUT they are there and real... Lol)

I love this. This is so much better than what we get in the show. I like how she's still weak. I love how comfortable she is around him. Bill's adorable asking if she'd prefer a nurse or Billy, and then ogling her. The kiss was sweet. Also, I loved Laura's thinky thoughts about the cure and what it would mean. I like her "just go with it" attitude here. ♥ ♥ ♥

I've seen a lot of fics where Laura is mad at Bill for making the decision to let Baltar go forward with the cure, but that theory never quite sat right with me, so I wanted to explore something else here; "just go with it" sums it up pretty well. :)

What we got in the show was a joke! Absolutely ridiculous!

I like so much when a story shows us a moment like this between them. I am now filling the holes with all these moments and yours is so true, so sweet, I can hear them say this, do this. From now, I will take keep your story in my head canon, thanks for revisiting this time just after her cure. I was never satisfied either with the idea that she was angry at Bill, as she thanks Hera after her birth, this attitude is so much more "Laura" for me.
