/breaks out the agave nectar

I'm wondering if this will help with resolution #1, last time I know you lost weight without even trying.

yeah, that's the only upside I can think of right now.

DAMN I would so rather be fat than give up sweet, sweet desserts :(

Off to Trader Joe's to stock up on agave, quinoa and beans.

I am sorry that you are having troubles. You and I need to get our restrictive diet shopping/cooking sprees on!

Aww! Well, my favorite thing since going no sugar is something called "saigon cinnamon." It's SUPER sweet and really good for blood sugar. I put it in oatmeal, tea, and whatever else. You can actually get it at Costco or in the gourmet McCormac spices at the grocery store.

Oh! Also, if you mix 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 oz. cooked oatmeal, 6 oz. thawed, frozen raspberries, and some cinnamon, and mush it all together, it tastes JUST like cheesecake. No joke.

And I've heard tale of saigon cinnamon, but haven't tried it yet. I'll pick some up!
