The worst thing for me is when I get sick, I lose all kinds of weight. Cause I don't want to eat but I still have to eat to keep to my schedule so I eat less and then my body gets used to that so when I get better I still have to eat less then I usually would or I get sick (stomach sick not sick sick).
You'll find your balance.
PS You are like the reverse of a teenage boy: you have baggy pants and tentish shirts while they have baggy shirts and tents in their pants. :)

you won't continue to shrink forever. you won't be a husk. you'll be you, but smaller! like, frozen orange juice concentrate! ounce for ounce, even tastier than before!and you'll keep your curves. you'll just be smaller. the shape that your body is isn't going to change.

Hmm. Well, as far as people making a big deal and bringing up something that is none of their business . . . yes, that stinks.
But, well, this may be an internal battle you have to pick. All the dancing, the moving, the exercising - it will change your body. Your dance entries really resonate with a sense of joy. When you're thinking about the physical changes, think about the joy that has brought them. Would you trade that? Don't not get angry, but also don't get stuck in your identity. We are the sum of all we have been and currently are (and will be); you're not losing what you are, it's just changing.

i think i just have to focus on being less attached to the "me" that i'm used to... i mean, i know i'm doing so many things now that i love and my being more active is helping me be happier...
and i can't lose site of joy. but sometimes i really miss ice cream.
