Ok! Hahaha! I have close to NO idea on how to not just tweet randomly, but direct a tweet to a person (you know, the "@person ..." thing)..! xD Suggestions? :] Do Ijust write @ and then the person's name?

Yep or just hit reply on any of their tweets and the @theirname comes up.It all still confuses me. It's just a million people randomly talking to themselves haha.
