Oh, absolutely.

Current favourite part of the movie is in the outtakes/gag reel, when Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are doing their Good Will Hunting scene and Ben has to go "I don't like the sounda dem apples Will, what're we gonna do?", and watching them crack up hilariously.

Their actual scene of that isn't my favourite, but oh do I ever love that outtake reel.
