Wow ok guys. So im DEF nervous. Saturday i have auditions for the School Of Music at Southern from 9am-5:30pm.
Im So scared. like what if i don't make it?! What am i going to do? Like i cant be a chorus teacher if i dont make it into the school of music!
Im SO freakin scared. i havent practiced AT all for this.

oh, i didn't practice for my UGA audition either, i just played the cds in the car on the way there, haha. but yeah, i'll be at the school at 12:30ish tomorrow so i dunno where ill be when youre up there haha but whatever

and youre gonna do awesome. you've got tomorrow to practice! one time in voice lessons my teacher gave me this sightreading from florida all state auditions and you know how they have that "reading choir"? well the sightreading didn't have a key signature at the beginning... i think it had a time signature... but it was basiaclly just notes on a staff with random accidentals in front of them and stuff.... and guess what... i got a 100 on it... haha so i mean the sightreading can't be that hard coz you're an awesome sightreader, too!!

where else did you apply if you by some freakish chance didnt get in? or are you going to southern regardless? ahhhhhhhh it's gonna be so weird in chorus without yall. hahaha i'm listening to O Magnum and i'm getting all emotional!!

Thanks!! yeah im hoping it will be easy. i talked to a girl who is a music major down there and when i toold her i went to allstate she was lke "omg it will be easy for you bc ive NEVER made allstate and it was easy for me" so that makes me feel better i just hope my nerves wont get to me.

I didnt finish applying anywhere else bc i was lke im going to SOuthern no matter what (bc i never thought that i wouldnt pass the audition.. so lets hope i do haha)

I know it is going to be so weird going to a new chorus. like out chorus is like my family. we've been together for ALL of high school. and now i have to go to a new chorus. it makes me SO sad!!! oh man im gettin all emo here haha.

um ill stop by your house after i leave the schoool... is that ok?? ill jsut call you.
