Did you notice the pseudoephedrine logging HIPAA violation? At many pharmacies, the log book has names and other information of recent customers visible to the current customer. I thought it was a bad method, and a doctor pointed out the HIPAA violation to me several months ago.
I did think about that! In fact, I recognized one name on the list ahead of me. I thought of saying something, but... then I didn't. I did do a quick mental check as to: "do I care that people after me can see my name here?" It's so much less worse than what our own student health was doing even just a couple of years back, at least - but I am curious as to whether it will last this way.
