You do realize the term "czar" is nothing more than a media label for a Presidential advisor. Czar's under any President have no actual power.
I stumbled on to your journal, and you make me so sad. I have never seen a person that is so sure of in their knowledge of current events but lacks the actual understanding of any on goings.
Sigh I honestly hope your journal is an attempt at a higher form of parody because seeing an adult in the US with no basic comprehension of current events is unimaginable... and yet here you are. Your seemingly dogmatic faith to irrational, and unwarranted beliefs about our nations political state is amazing.
