Thank you so much for the comment! I'm glad that you thought it was believable, I was getting a little worried that everything was just mess of wishful thinking coming out of my head. LOL. As for making Will human, I thought it was about time. The story wouldn't have been what it was if I made Will into this big, ignorant jackass, despite how he's sometimes portrayed in canon. :P

That was great! I really loved how you managed to get all the Emilys in there, from awkward to completely contained, and cracking open (painfully) too.

Still, the differences between the beginning and ending parts from the middle bits are just far enough to make you wonder whether JJ ever actually does break down that barrier and kiss her, or if she just wishes it, and imagines what it would be like.

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. There are so many facets to Emily that can be explored, she's just this character that keeps morphing in my head but still retains this essential 'Emily-ness'. I'm glad at least some of my versions of her came across coherently. LOL.

This is a seriously spectacularly awesome fic. The characterisation is spot on. You've really captured their relationship well, and fixed up the JJ/Will story perfectly. Loved it. This is one of the best Emily/JJ fics I have read, a real gem.
