circa 1989, i had a Wiccan-initiated girlfriend who introduced me to my first Wiccan texts: The Spiral Dance, Drawing Down the Moon, and the Farrar's Eight Sabbats for Witches & The Witches Way.
(although i had been reading Crowley's Magick in Theory & Practice, The Book of Lies, and The Book of Thoth for a couple of years beforehand)
