i'm an addict... i wish i had time to research so that i could get all the jokes; but so far, i have enjoyed a high signal to noise ratio in that community... just b/c i don't completely understand it yet doesn't mean that it's noise! i can usually begin to pick up on the humor in a more abstract sense and eventually deepen my appreciation of the composition as i learn more about it.
